Business Visitors Visa

Opportunity Knocks has been providing Business Visitors Visa services since 2003.
A UK Business Visitors Visa enables the applicant to visit the UK for up to six months and allows the applicant to attend meetings/interviews/conferences and site visits that have been arranged before arriving in the United Kingdom.
Applicants are allowed to arrange deals or negotiate contracts etc BUT are not allowed to charge members of the public for services or goods provided.

Duration
The maximum time allowed on this category of visa is 6 months.

Benefits
A Business Visitors Visa allows a visa national to apply to come to the UK to attend meetings/interviews/conferences and site visits that have been arranged before arriving in the United Kingdom.

Qualifying Criteria
In order to be eligible for the Business Visitors visa, applicants must show that:

• They only want to visit the UK for up to 6 months
• Plan to leave the UK at the end of your visit
• Have enough money to support and accommodate themselves without working or assistance public funds
• Do not intend to charge members of the public for services or goods received
• Do not intend to study
• Can meet the cost of the return or onward journey
• Are based overseas and have no intention of transferring your base to the United Kingdom
• Receive your salary from abroad

Dependents
Any children of the marriage under 18 years of age will be granted entry to the UK as dependents. Dependents can make their applications at the same time as the main applicant and will be granted permission to join you for up to six months.

Additional Information
You are not allowed to change into any other category under the points based system under the Business Visitors Visa.
