In order to apply the applicant must be between 21 and 49 years old. Points are awarded according to your age. In this category you can get a maximum of 10 points.
Points are awarded in this category for the number of years you have studied and the type of degree you hold. The maximum number of points in this category are 25 points.
In order to score points in this category you must have a minimum of 1 year work experience in the last 10 years. You can score a maximum of 21 points in this section
As Canada is a bi-lingual country points are awarded for your knowledge of both English & French. In order to score categories in this section you must write either a certified English or/and French exam. A maximum of 24 points can be scored in this category.
Arranged employment is basically if you already have a job offer in Canada. If this is the case it can also speed up your process depending on the type of job. In this category you can score a maximum of 10 points.
This section is trying to evaluate how you will be able to adapt to Canadian Life. It may depend on whether or not you have studied in Canada, if you have any type of family in Canada and if you have had any work experience in Canada in the past. In this category you can score a maximum of 10 points.
