This is a reference letter for Mr. Michael Wolman and the team at Opportunity Knocks.

It gives us great pleasure to write this reference since a satisfied customer is the best guarantee of a satisfactory service. However in our case it is far beyond that.

We applied for an HSMP British visa and although the process may sometimes be long and even tiring, we have finally achieved it. We must emphasize that without the professional work of Mike Wolman and his wonderful team we would certainly have failed in receiving the visa.

Opportunity Knocks assisted us in gathering, arranging and translating the necessary documents and immediately transferred them to the British Home Office. We received an extensive oral and written explanation of the process and were properly warned against possible difficulties that may appear dealing with a bureaucratic governmental agency.

Unfortunately, we were refused our first application due to a misunderstanding made by The British Home Office. The person they appointed to handle the application was obviously inexperienced and misinterpreted the application data. Mike Wolman spoke to the home office and worked hard to resend a more specified application to that person. Eventually, the required visa was issued due to his attempts. One should remember, therefore that this process might take time and patience is definitely required. Nevertheless, one can be certain that Opportunity Knocks is familiar with all procedures and is experienced enough to cope with all the aspects of a potential problem.

We must distinguish the warm and caring attitude of the whole team, especially Mike’s, who treated us personally. Since we were staying in the UK, Mike had to call, fax and email us overseas, endlessly, on his expense, at any time or day including holidays and weekends and outside working hours in order to inform us of anything relevant to our application to the smallest detail. He supported us warmly when we were refused and did his best and beyond to speed things up.

Moreover, Mike Wolman has always been very responsible regarding the HSMP involved payments and made any effort to save us money along the whole process by submitting our documents before the submission fees increased and when we finally got the visa, by transferring the British Embassy the issuing fees ahead of time and before prices went up.

It is so rare, nowadays, to find such a trustworthy and dedicated company as Opportunity Knocks. Even if we had been refused we would have still known that we were in the best of hands.
