Tier 1 candidates do not require an offer of employment to be in place; as a result the selection criteria are consistent with the most highly skilled applicants.
Under Tier 1 - Applicants may apply through one of the following categories:

• General Immigration Visa
• Entrepreneurs
• Investors
• Post-Study Work
